Overview:
  • In-person (some remote work included)
  • Location: Cambridge, Massachusetts
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday; Remote days available
  • Compensation: $50-$60/hr
  • Start date: Flexible




Responsibilities:
  •  Supervision
    • Commute between schools and/or districts to supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Assessment and Analysis
    • Assist with functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
  • Direct Provider Support
    • Provide ongoing training and case support for RBTs and other support staff.
  • Collaboration
    • Work closely with case managers, teachers, and behavioral health teams to ensure cohesive care.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to run and stand, walk, and sit for long periods of time
    • Potential need to frequently bend, crouch, and lift (up to 40 pounds)




Requirements: 
  • Active BCBA credential (please include certification number on your resume)
  • Master’s Degree
  • Pass iCORI background check
