Rockstar London is on the lookout for a talented Project Coordinator to provide support for the international marketing efforts. We are seeking someone who is well organized, has excellent communication and prioritisation skills and a good eye for detail to help co-ordinate project briefs between marketing teams and creative teams.

This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London. 

WHAT WE DO

  • As part of the wider Marketing structure, the Rockstar London Marketing team is a central hub responsible for working with local marketing teams on the co- ordination and execution of all localized marketing requirements. 
  • Work closely with the wider marketing, development, creative, localization and QA teams to co-ordinate all International Marketing efforts. 
  • Ensure absolute consistency across all channels, languages and assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with internal teams on marketing requirements and project briefs. 
  • Coordinate and manage various ongoing projects across multiple teams whilst ensuring all relevant stakeholders are kept updated on progress. 
  • Liaise with internal creative departments on the development and delivery of assets for international marketing campaigns. 
  • Brief, schedule, and manage creative briefs for international requirements. 
  • Coordinate scheduling with other teams to ensure projects are prioritised as required. 
  • Support the communication flow between creative departments and project managers. 
  • Support the approval flows with creative teams. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. 
  • 2+ years’ experience in digital/marketing/project management.
  • Knowledge of and passion for Rockstar Games titles. 
  • A love of video games, film, music, and entertainment. 

SKILLS

  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills. Previous experience managing asset briefs and design resources. 
  • Previous experience briefing asset requirements to design teams. 
  • Familiarity with/an interest in digital technologies including Photoshop and proficient with Microsoft Office. 
  • The ability to remain calm/flexible while managing large workloads and meeting tight deadlines and thriving in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Work well within a team and enjoy collaborative working but have the ability to think on their feet and work under their own initiative. 
  • Must be detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritisation skills. 
  • Previous experience with Monday or similar project management software. 

PLUSES

Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.

  • Previous experience working on marketing content with a multi-language element. 
  • Experience in entertainment marketing.
