Rockstar Games is seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to join our Munich-based Publishing team.
This full-time, in-office role will contribute to our Publishing efforts across Germany, Switzerland, and Austria, including product management, trade marketing, and creator/media relations.

- Work closely with the local Publishing Director and other team members on developing and executing high-impact marketing and media campaigns as well as life cycle management, including market analysis, budget management, and reporting.
- Align closely with the Global Paid Media team on implementing global media strategies.
- Coordinate Trade Marketing activities with Take-Two Interactive’s local Trade Marketing Manager.
- Brief and control external agencies and vendors.
- Prepare, localize, and distribute Marketing and Paid Media assets.
- Confidently demonstrate our games to retail and media partners.
- Support Communications and other business functions where needed.
- General administrative and organizational tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Marketing.
- 2+ years of professional marketing experience in video games or related entertainment field.
- Demonstrable knowledge of successful marketing/communications campaigns across entertainment and media.
- Acute awareness and comprehensive understanding of the German-speaking media, social media, and content creator landscapes.
- A passion for gaming, pop culture, and the Rockstar Games brand.

- Exceptional planning, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- A detail-oriented and organized approach to both autonomous and team-based workflows.

- Confidence in presenting to small and large audiences.
- Flexibility to support other functions of our business when needed.
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
