Rockstar International is on the lookout for a talented International Community Manager who possesses a passion for community engagement and social media with a focus on non-English speaking territories.

This is a full-time, permanent and in-office position based in Rockstar’s unique game development studio in the heart of London. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive development of the Rockstar Games community in key non-English speaking territories working alongside local Rockstar teams. 
  • Provide support to the global community team and the wider marketing and PR teams on a variety of tasks. 
  • Create and distribute regular reporting to internal teams on community engagement, sentiments, and other metrics. 
  • Create and distribute a variety of messaging geared toward our international community.  
  • Constantly be on the lookout for ways to cultivate and engage with our community. 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in a related field or similar role. 
  • Graduate level or equivalent. 
  • Knowledge of and passion for Rockstar Games titles, with a focus on Grand Theft Auto Online and Red Dead Online. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) a necessity. 
  • Passion for social media, community engagement, and video games. 
  • Knowledge of livestreaming and the online content creator landscape. 
  • Working knowledge of various gaming platforms. 
  • Experience with social media monitoring tools. 
  • Strong experience liaising with different departments and third-party vendors as part of a previous role. 

SKILLS

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with ability to work both with minimal supervision and as part of a team environment. 
  • Strong planning, project management, and analytical skills. 
  • Ability to work swiftly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • The ability to keep a level head and maintain grace under pressure. 
  • Excellent organisational skills. 
  • Ability to remain focused when approaching repetitive tasks. 

PLUSES

Please note that these are desirable skills and are not required to apply for the position.

  • Fluency in another language beyond English. 
  • Experience engaging with content creators or high-profile individuals. 
  • Working knowledge of HTML, social media management, and project management tools.
