Join our Creative Studio, where we’re growing and redefining what great brand storytelling looks like. This is an opportunity to execute at a high level while helping bring our brand to life across key go-to-market initiatives.
As a Visual Designer on our Go-to-Market team, you’ll play a meaningful role in executing high-impact brand and marketing assets that engage and inspire our audiences. You’ll collaborate with marketing, product, and creative partners to design campaigns, build brand assets, and create visually compelling experiences that bring our brand to life. This role is fast-paced and highly executional, ideal for someone who thrives in crafting pixel-perfect designs under quick timelines while maintaining brand integrity and creative excellence.

What you’ll do
- Bring the Brand to Life – Execute high-quality marketing and brand assets across digital, social, and experiential channels.
- Craft Pixel-Perfect Designs – Deliver polished, high-craft visuals that are on-brand, strategically aligned, and campaign-ready.
- Execute at Speed – Work in a fast-moving environment, managing multiple design deliverables efficiently while maintaining quality.
- Support End-to-End Campaigns – Design assets for product launches, brand campaigns, and growth marketing initiatives.
- Ensure Brand Consistency – Maintain cohesion across all visual touchpoints, ensuring brand integrity at every level.
What you bring
- 3–5 years of visual design experience, ideally in brand marketing, advertising, or an in-house creative team.
- High craft execution skills – Strong attention to detail, composition, and typography.
- Proficiency in digital and marketing design, including social, web, and paid media assets.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative environment, balancing speed and precision.
- Strong collaboration skills – Experience working with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product.
- A self-starter mindset – Ability to take ownership of projects and deliver with excellence under tight timelines.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
