Business Recruiting is looking for a passionate and driven Recruiter to join the Financial Services Recruiting team at Robinhood. This role is crucial in supporting our efforts to hire top Financial Services talent. As a recruiter, you'll partner with leaders across various teams to identify and engage top candidates, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams.
Whether you're collaborating with teams we support in the Financial Services Recruiting team or jumping in to support broader recruiting efforts across Business Recruiting, you'll play a key role in helping Robinhood grow with purpose.

What you’ll do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for key roles within Brokerage Operations, helping us scale efficiently and thoughtfully
- Design and implement effective recruiting strategies to activate top talent from a wide variety of backgrounds
- Build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through every step of the process - from first outreach to offer acceptance
- Partner with hiring managers as a trusted advisor on interview process, role scoping and market trends
- Keep our recruiting data organized and up to date in Greenhouse (our ATS), ensuring a seamless experience for everyone involved
- Be a brand ambassador for Robinhood - sharing our mission, values, and vision with every candidate interaction
What you bring
- 5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, ideally within business or financial services roles
- Proven track record successfully sourcing and hiring passive talent - you go beyond job boards and referrals
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills; you know how to build alignment and drive decisions with hiring partners
- Adaptability and resilience - you're energized by change and comfortable navigating the unknown
- Represent Robinhood values: High Performance, First Principles Thinking, Safety First, Radical Customer Focus, Participation is Power, One Robinhood, and Lean and Disciplined
- A self-starting, creative, and resourceful work ethic requiring minimal guidance
- Ability to think on your feet, but you have enough humility to ask questions

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
