Robinhood’s International Government and External Affairs team is looking for a Program Manager. This role is perfect for someone who is highly motivated, organized, and excited to help our team operate with success. You will support key engagements and deliverables across the team’s international government affairs, stakeholder affairs, and environmental, social, governance (ESG) functions. The position will require approximately 15% domestic travel to support events and stakeholder engagements. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company and add to our mission to democratize finance for all.

What you’ll do

  • Organize initiatives across international GA, stakeholder engagement meetings, industry events, public affairs activities, and ESG efforts
  • Own and maintain team planning resources (project trackers, calendars, dashboards) to ensure clarity and consistency across team goals and long term projects
  • Be responsible for the team budget, working closely with Finance partners to ensure quarterly targets are met and operating the invoice system with external partners
  • Help implement initiatives that strengthen our presence and impact in local and global communities, including financial education focused philanthropic programs
  • Prepare concise briefing materials for engagements with global government officials, third party groups, and members of academia on quick turnarounds
  • Perform research on key policies of interest and potential partnership organizations to inform the trajectory of the team’s work
  • Assist with the company’s ESG disclosures and reporting across relevant markets, ensuring compliance with global standards

What you bring

  • 2-3+ years of experience in program coordination, public affairs, ESG, or a related field
  • Capability to multiple projects, coordinate cross-functional collaboration, and support program execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Self-starter and ambitious learner who is comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are a low ego individual who values partnership, takes creative initiatives, and collaborates effectively
  • Experience engaging with regulatory bodies, policymakers, nonprofit organizations, and industry groups is a plus

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
