The Early Talent (University Recruiting) team is dedicated to attracting and hiring the next generation of leaders and innovators. From designing and implementing an exceptional recruitment experience to running a best-in-class summer internship program, we offer students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience, develop their skills, and contribute to meaningful projects.

We’re seeking a strategic and experienced Early Talent Recruiter to lead and elevate our Early Talent recruitment efforts. In this role, you will not only design and implement effective recruiting strategies but also act as a subject matter expert in the early talent space, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee contract recruiters during peak recruiting seasons. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners, handle complexity, and play a pivotal role in shaping our early talent hiring success.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative, scalable strategies to meet high-volume early talent hiring goals while maintaining a focus on candidate quality and diversity. Serve as a subject matter expert, providing thought leadership and guidance across the organization
  • Oversee and provide direction to contract recruiters during peak seasons, ensuring alignment with goals and maintaining high standards
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with universities, professional organizations, and internal collaborators to build a robust and diverse talent pipeline
  • Own the full recruitment lifecycle for 15+ unique job profiles simultaneously, efficiently navigating complexity and ensuring roles are clearly defined and aligned with business needs
  • Design and implement engagement strategies to minimize reneges and ensure candidates have a seamless, positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies and make data-driven decisions for improvement. Leverage tools and technologies to streamline workflows and enhance team efficiency

What you bring

  • 5+ years of experience in early talent/university recruiting, with demonstrated success in managing high-volume, complex hiring processes
  • Ability to lead critical initiatives and implement innovative solutions in the early talent space, and manage relationships across cross-functional teams to influence business partners at all levels
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like Greenhouse and recruiting tools like RippleMatch and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • A strong analytical approach with a passion for using metrics to inform strategy and drive results
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for the early talent space and creating impactful experiences for candidates

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected salary range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. This role is also eligible to participate in a Robinhood bonus plan and Robinhood’s equity plan. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.
