Technical Producers guide teams in creating player value through agile work systems and practices. As a Technical Producer II on the UnEco team, you will work with a set of technologists, representing a broad set of disciplines, to deliver technology products and services that help the game development team move faster and do more, with higher confidence. Given the technical nature of the group’s work, a successful candidate combines a technical background with a broad production methodology toolkit.

- Oversee technology progress for the Build, Readiness, Shared Tech
- Provide vision, roadmap, and delivery leadership for development efficiency and technical readiness of the project
- Work closely with other product leadership, providing transparency around any risks that could affect delivery schedule or development velocity
- Track engineering progress against ideal production roadmap towards product launch
- Partner with the general technology team for prioritization and dependency resolution across multiple teams
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience developing games as a technical producer or engineer
- 2+ years of professional experience using Agile methodologies
- Professional experience being part of a game development team from production to launch
- Experience managing competing priorities to deliver the right value for customers
- Strong communication skills that enable long term, sustained, healthy relationships
- Experience working on a technical team delivering products and services to other developers
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and understanding of basic programming concepts
- Experience developing live service games
- Development experience for previous or current gen console environments.
- Development experience with UE5
- Familiarity with game DevOps problems - CI/CT/CD of game clients and services, internal and external release management, multiregional and multilingual deployments, live service delivery pipelines
- Experience supporting distributed development teams (both leading such a team, and having such a team as your customer)
- Experience working with data engineering, analysis, and science functions
