We are looking for a detail-oriented and versatile Admin and Sponsorship Account Executive to support our Partnerships team at Riot in servicing LEC and VCT sponsors while handling key administrative functions to ensure smooth operations and impactful partnership execution. This role is based in Berlin, Germany, and requires the candidate to be located in Berlin. While we operate under a hybrid working model and daily office attendance is not mandatory, being based in Berlin is essential for effective collaboration, attending on-site meetings, and managing in-person responsibilities as needed.

The Team

This is a 12 month contract and you will be part of the Berlin-based Partnerships team, reporting directly to the EMEA Head of Partnerships. You will work closely with Account Managers, and other Riot departments, ensuring the team operates efficiently while delivering exceptional value to our partners.

Sponsorship Account Executive Tasks (35%)

  • Understand and support sponsor needs and objectives
  • Support sponsor rights fulfillment by ensuring contractual obligations are delivered, monitored, and measured.
  • Assist in implementing sponsorship strategies to maximize partner ROI/ROO through focused and objective-driven execution.
  • Create insightful recap reports and presentations, analyzing data to provide actionable suggestions for partnership improvements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends in esports, sports, and entertainment to bring innovative ideas to the table.

Administrative Responsibilities (65%)

  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing, tracking contracts, and managing records to ensure smooth operations.
  • Create and manage Airtable tables for project and task tracking across the Partnerships team.
  • Coordinate onsite activities in different EMEA locations, such as VIP hospitality programs for major events, including the LEC Finals, LEC on the road and a to-be- confirmed VCT LAN event to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
  • Coordinate with local broadcasters to support partnerships and content delivery.
  • Administer in-game Drops campaigns, ensuring proper setup and execution.
  • Facilitate the creation and coordination of digital content for the European Regional Leagues (ERLs) and the LEC.
  • Manage merchandise orders for the department, ensuring accurate processing and delivery.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years in account management, project coordination, or administrative roles within sports or esports organizations.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of esports and its ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and German; additional languages are a plus.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with Airtable is a significant advantage.
  • Personal Attributes: Service-oriented, adaptable, and committed to delivering excellence.
