The Senior Manager of Human Resources is responsible for the direction, and execution of the US Water Heater Division's Human Resources functions for specific sales and business support teams. Reporting to the HR Director for the Water Heating Division, the position will act in an advisory capacity to the VP Sales as well as other business function leaders across the Water Heating HR organization. The position is a leadership position, leading the HR organization that is aligned to the assigned business groups within the US WHD.

This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Roswell, GA.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Execute and deploy localized People Strategy tied directly into the Global Water People Strategy - focusing on the strategic agenda and deliverables for the division
  • Develop and drive a high performing team
  • Valued coach and Business Partner to the leadership team
  • Organization design and organization effectiveness capability as well as a strong execution skillset to support key strategic business objectives
  • Talent Development focus in terms of driving the creation and deployment of Development Plans across the organization and embedding Talent Review as a key foundational element within the division - in close partnership with the Water Talent Development role.
  • Key participant and thought leadership as it pertains to company-wide HR projects being driven out of the Enterprise HR team
  • Partnering with Total Rewards to review total rewards offerings across the market to close gaps and ensure Rheem is competitive across the various departments
  • Consult with Leadership and the Enterprise Total Rewards team to make compensation recommendations (salary adjustments, merit increases etc) ensuring alignment with market, internal salary structure and equity practices.
  • Proactive management of employee engagement and employee issues as well associated compliance issues through the HR team.
  • Guide leaders regarding Company policies, values, HR programs and initiatives and interpretation to ensure policies and procedures are handled consistently and in a timely manner.
  • Oversee the strategy creation, development and the subsequent deployment through the HR team of positive employee relations and the associated workplace culture
  • Key leadership partner on matters related to immigration and M&A integration across the division


Qualifications:

WHAT YOU NEED
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 10 years in Human Resources management experience in a manufacturing organization.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in leading HR teams
  • Strong skills and knowledge of the principles, laws, and regulations related to the management of human resources (city, state, & federal employment laws).
  • Strong managerial financial and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience managing multiple functions with several direct reports.
  • In-depth understanding of business operations and current industry trends/developments.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate business processes, improvement opportunities and applications in a holistic manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships.
  • Demonstrated abilities in project management and planning skills.
  • Strong change management skills.
  • Strong business analysis and decision making skills.
  • Ability to Travel, including driving (up to 20%)
  • PHR/SPHR certification

HOW TO STAND OUT
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
