This position will serve Rheem HTPG Division located in Scottsboro, Alabama.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

• Work as primary Oracle R12 / Oracle ERP Cloud functional analyst for Configurator and Order to cash modules including Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, Manufacturing and integrations across EBS modules and third-party systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other cross-functional team members (Developers, Functional Analysts, and Testers) to produce scalable, efficient, and supportable solutions utilizing Oracle and related technologies
• Perform hands-on analyst role by documenting and analyzing requirements and assisting with conversion, testing, training, and other project needs throughout the development life cycle.
• Creates and Maintains Oracle Configurator solutions as deployed at Rheem.
• Creates and Maintains BOM models
• Creation and maintenance of UI flows.
• Creation and maintenance configuration rules.
• Familiar with a variety of engineering and programming concepts, practices, and procedures which will help guide Product Management on the best approach for model Build in the Oracle Configurator.
• Ensure Bill of Material accuracy to reduce structure errors and to maintain delivery to customer.
• Coordinate timely resolution of issues related to BOM & structures on sales orders to meet customer requirements.
• Additionally provides production support for related Oracle application modules like WIP, costing and other operational processes, manages incidents, and takes ownership to resolve issues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.

• 3+ years' experience in Oracle Configurator, Oracle EBS Order-to-Cash (O2C), and support as functional analyst for systems.

• Successful business/functional analysis and project management experience, specifically working on dynamic cross-competency teams using a structured project methodology.

• Proficient in both business and applications knowledge to investigate and recommend configuration and create functional design documents.

• Experience in software methodology lifecycle, including business planning, data analysis, process analysis and design, business, and functional requirements analysis, use case analysis, system design, development, testing, and implementation

• Experience in designing product architecture and solutions to facilitate configurator design and build

• Understanding of effective interaction design principles.

• Ability to work independently with limited general supervision.

• Prior experience in Manufacturing environment is preferred.

• Configuration experience in OTM and Other Supply Chain and financial modules (PO, Advanced Pricing, AP, AR, GL, CCA, PCA, Journal Entry, etc.) a plus.

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with attention to detail and accuracy.

• Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite.

• Demonstrated ability to work well with others is a matrix team environment.
