This exciting role as a National Trainer for Rheem Commercial Water will be responsible for content development and training execution of materials for water heating products including sales feature, benefits, hands on technical and troubleshooting. This position will leverage multi-media platforms to communicate product features, benefits, service and install training for new product launches and industry product needs. In addition, this person will provide the necessary field support training for our channel.

The National Trainer position is a remote position with up to 70% travel.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, customer support, and engineering teams from across different business units to develop and execute training content.
• Responsible for supporting new product launches with sales, product, and technical training.
• Interact with business unit trainers to share training materials and ensure consistency of the training and brand message.
• Support commercialization of training programs.
• Incorporate mobile tools, leading edge technologies and new learning mechanisms to continuously enhance the training portfolio and delivery of the content.
• Establish comprehensive metrics and reports to monitor training program progress, and make adjustments to strategy to deliver results.
• Deliver online learning opportunities to a wide and diverse audience.
• Work with product engineering teams to provide ongoing technical training by utilizing feedback received from the field.

Develop specific training to ensure training flexibility for 'hands on' training to include installation, servicing and troubleshooting material

Qualifications:

WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

• Bachelor's degree and or training related field or equivalent work experience with demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in business or product training.

• Experience with product development.

• Experience with launch of product deliverables.

• PowerPoint proficiency

• Must have excellent verbal and written communications skills, business analytics, project management skills and public speaking.

• Ability to learn technical information quickly and interpret it to deliver a simple, concise message.

• Strong product knowledge of water heating required.

• LMS experience preferred.

• Travel may reach 70%.
