The Innovation Learning Center Coordinator II is responsible for maintaining the efficient and professional operation of Innovation Learning Center in Lawnside, New Jersey- IBC and assisting with the day to day operations of the WHD Plumber Support Training Department. The position will require the Coordinator to work with Rheem employees at all levels of the organization, ILC Coordinators throughout the U.S. and Canada, as well as Rheem customers who will be interacting with the Innovation Learning Center in New Jersey - IBC

This position will serve our Water Heater Division, located in Lawnside, New Jersey.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• In coordination with other key administrative support responsibilities, maintain and optimize daily operations for the Lawnside New Jersey ILC location.
• Manage general ILC reception duties and coverage.
• Serves as a friendly, responsive resources for all employees, callers and visitors to the ILC.
• Ensures the reception area, reception facilities, conference rooms throughout the Lawnside New Jersey office, training supply materials, classroom and live-fire room spaces throughout the ILC are professionally maintained and tidy.
• Effectively manages CVENT national training calendar and scheduling with other ILC locations.
• Ensures ILC rooms are properly set up and functional in advance of meetings/classroom sessions and equipment has been stored and is properly powered down after meetings end.
• Assembles and copies materials for internal and external meetings/classroom sessions and will be responsible for supporting other Coordinators who schedule courses at the New Jersey - IBC ILC when it comes to materials and guest accommodations.
• Manages all catering needs for the ILC and IBC New Jersey office staff in the absence of office admin, as directed. This includes placing orders, providing payment, coordinating delivery to proper location within the New Jersey - IBC location, ensuring catering has been properly set up and cleaned up after meetings end.
• Manages training center supply inventory including purchasing supplies, daily monitoring and replenishment of all supplies, and other guest accommodations.
• Manages and maintains proper level of training materials for all courses set on the calendar for training at the New Jersey - IBC ILC location. This includes workbooks, trainer presentations, promotional items, pre-designed and configured classroom kits for students, and any branded materials specific to guests when needed.
• Will help host ILC off site functions for guests who are visiting Roswell for training. This will include hosting dinner and entertainment events throughout the year along with the other ILC staff members for up to 60 guests.
• Helps manage and maintain ILC and training budget control by coordinating purchasing decisions and training related travel through the Manager-Plumber Support Training (WHD)
• Maintains list of guests who visit the Innovation Learning Center in Roswell, checking in an out of the facility, and requests for tours of the warehouse space.
• Prepare reports for training events to track attendance, survey results, and report out findings to Plumber Support Training Team.
• Facilitates facilities driven projects to ensure all office equipment and services such as plumbing, electrical, furnishings and AV equipment are functioning properly for ILC.
• Assists National Technical Trainers support as needed.
• Distributes incoming mail and prepares outgoing packages for the Lawnside New Jersey National Training.
• Acts as a backup for other key administrative support roles as required.
• Assists with miscellaneous activities and special projects as needed and directed by Manager Plumber Support Training.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED
• Requires basic job knowledge of systems and procedures obtained through prior work experience or education.
• Ability to coordinate and manage off site dining and entertainment events for guests at the ILC.
• Excellent planning, project management and execution skills.
• Effectively manages conflicting priorities, copes well under pressure, and works well during time constraints.
• Typically requires minimum of 5 years of experience.
• May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience.
HOW TO STAND OUT
• Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to work unpredictable or occasionally late hours, or on rare occasions, weekends if needed.
• Background in event or travel planning preferred.
