This exciting role as Finance Manager - FP&A will play a key role in supporting the Water Division's business unit and global functional strategic objectives. Main responsibilities include driving global standard finance processes around management reporting, KPIs, forecasting and planning. Additionally, this role will provide strategic analytics and business case support to enterprise and division leadership.

This position will support our Water Division, located in Roswell, GA - reporting to the US Water Director of Finance.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Design and administer Water Division reporting, forecasting and budget planning processes to meet enterprise, division and business unit requirements; provide support through robust financial modeling, both P&L and Balance Sheet responsibilities.
• Establish common management reporting structure and drive accountability for global KPIs
• Provide analytics, modeling and insight to support Global Water Division leaders in developing and executing strategic initiatives and new business proposals.
• Monitor competitor performance and market indicators and analyze Water Division performance against both external and internal benchmarks.
• Drive global product line profitability reporting and analytics to help optimize the Water Division portfolio.
• Ensure accurate, timely and consistent monthly reporting by global business units.
• Promote FP&A best practices across global business units.
• Support enterprise ad-hoc financial analyses
• Administer cross-BU and divisional COE cost allocation process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
WHAT YOU NEED
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field of study.
• Advanced degree or certification, like MBA or CPA, preferred.
• Minimum of 7+ years of finance experience with increasing functional responsibilities and at least 2 years of experience managing people.
• Experience working in a complex, global manufacturing environment.
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, with high level of attention to details and accuracy.
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a matrix environment.
• Ability to enable organization and drive solutions.
• Strong managerial, financial and analytical skill.
• Accuracy and attention to details
• Demonstrated ability to understand, analyze and articulate business process improvement opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage internal and external relationships.
• Demonstrated abilities in project management and planning skills.
• Strong change management skills
• Experience with financial reporting / consolidation systems, such as HFM or OneStream and Oracle Ledger and ERP.
• Ability to travel occasionally.
