Pay Range: $91,313.56-$175,740.76 Annually (DOE)

Job Summary
The National Project Director is responsible for managing and directing medium to largescale national and/or regional claims/jobs. National Project Directors will direct the production team, Superintendents and Operations Managers in the production phase of job(s) for their assigned accounts via established work orders. This position reports directly to the Director of their assigned Division and interfaces with other departments within the company as required.
Key Responsibilities
Core responsibilities for the position are as follows:
- Manages national and/or regional accounts responsible for maintaining existing client relationships as well as building new relationships
- Responsible for monitoring projects from beginning until completion.
- Develops estimates for medium to largescale construction and mitigation projects.
- Serves as point of contact for national and/or regional accounts.
- Leads contract negotiations for national and/or regional accounts ensuring alignment with company policy, standards, and goals.
- Conducts internal account audits to ensure compliance with client expectations (discounts, schedule of fees)
- Conducts thorough inspections of jobs and recommends further work to adjusters or clients.
- Performs loss site inspections to determine damages, prepares bids for adjusters or customers.
- Tracks project plans and makes adjustments, as needed, to stay on track and meet contract schedules.
- Requires frequent and effective communications with adjusters, customers, co-workers, and contractors.
- Prepares work orders for scheduling ensuring accuracy and detail; disseminates to responsible parties.
- Approves time and material billing ensuring all billable job costs are captured.
- Gathers and reviews all documents and work orders ensuring customer invoices are sent in a timely manner to ensure prompt invoicing/payment.
- Markets company services to adjusters and/or potential clients.
- Responsible for maintaining business contacts and/or sourcing new business for purposes of generating new work.
- Collaborates with Account Executives in preparation of bids for adjusters or customers.
- Supports the Company's safe workplace policies and practices and promotes adherence.
Experience/Requirements
The position of National Project Director requires the following:
- Valid Driver's License with driving record in good standing.
- Proven experience in managing and directing large scale projects in commercial mitigation and construction.
- Demonstrated management and communication skills -- liaise with major corporations or other high level decision makers.
- Extensive knowledge in construction estimating complex, largescale projects at national or regional level.
- Well versed in time & material billing concepts
- Solid experience in sales and customer service, experienced in marketing services for purpose of generating new or existing business.
- Thorough knowledge of cost containment and risk management.
- Applies good judgement in making important decisions under pressure.
- Thorough knowledge of basic safety standards and work practices.
- Experience in effective communications, coaching and training.
- Experience in leading crews, delegating, communicating effectively at all levels; strong leadership skills.
- Industry related certification, desirable
- Completion or in the process of completing IICRC Training
- Possesses excellent time management skills.
- Ability to generate reports using Microsoft Suite products, Xactimate desired.
- OSHA 10 certification, desirable.
Working Conditions
Working conditions for this position include but are not limited to the following:
- Occasional travel outside of assigned region
- Extended work hours, weekend hours - must be available after hours and weekends
- Daily commuting (jobsite)
- Occasional lifting (up to 20lbs.)
