As a Reputation Senior Sales Engineer, you will help prove the value of our solution to prospective clients and will become the trusted advisor on how our solution drives their business forwards. A successful candidate will have a strong technical, business and sales aptitude along with a self-starting, proactive mentality and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be working with a rapidly innovating solution platform and you will be solving complex business issues for our clients. The successful candidate will be able to effectively listen to prospects in sales situations and they will be able to communicate the fit, use-cases and compelling value of the Reputation solution.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with sales executives to plan and execute on effective sales strategies.
Work with prospects and clients to understand their business issues, challenges, and objectives.
Prepare and deliver presentations and solution walk-throughs to prospects that explaining the specific value of our platform within their context.
Estimate the financial benefits of our solution to prospects by analyzing the costs Vs benefits of our solution.
Gain customer acceptance by demonstrating cost reductions and operations improvements.
Contribute to sales engineering effectiveness by identifying short- and long-term issues and collaborating with the global team to raise everyone’s game.
Work with post-sale customer success teams to transition prospects to be successful customers.
Set and achieve sales goals and quotas.
Provide insights and recommendations along with effective presentation skills, ability to deliver impactful vision and solution pitches to C-suites.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience in a pre-sales / solution consulting role, preferable in a SaaS environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related equivalent practical experience.
Experience with Google Marketing and Facebook APIs.
Experience in automotive, retail, finserv or healthcare strongly preferred.
Strong Analytical skills and experience with Data Analysis either using Excel Pivot tables or tools similar to Tableau.
Experience with data transformation e.g. via Excel and/or ETL technologies.
Experience with APIs
Comfortable with discussing SSO and potential third product integrations.
