Job Summary:
As Reputation’s enterprise business grows rapidly, we are scaling our team of enterprise class Customer Success Managers. Each CSM is assigned to a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts which they will support, advise and grow.
Responsibilities:
Maintain frequent engagement with Director/VP/C-Level customer sponsors and stakeholders to integrate Reputation into their daily workflow.
Assist customers in creating strategic action plans to improve their online reputation, tailored around our platform and data
Visualize, develop, and present key performance metrics with individual customers to build the success stories and value propositions that ensure customer satisfaction and renewal
Monitor a set of portfolio KPIs to alert yourself and our team to potential risk for churn and opportunities for upsell. Recommend and employ strategic plans to reduce risk and increase growth
Partner with Product, Sales, and Engineering, contributing to the product roadmap as the voice of the customer
Project manage the onboarding process and drive resolution of technical issues as they arise
Develop a strong understanding of our technology to effectively assist our customers.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
3-5 years of experience in a customer success, client services, strategic account management, or consulting.
Great relationship building skills and customer facing presence.
Strong project management and organizational skills required.
A passion for turning data into insights and action (MS Excel skills are a huge bonus).
