- Provide strategic direction to SEM account managers on campaign optimization, bid strategies (tROAS vs. tCPA), and scaling tactics across multiple lines of business.
- Oversee the design and execution of new initiatives, including emerging platform opportunities and product launches.
- Develop targeted campaigns to support key Realtor.com product launches, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Partner with product teams to optimize landing page experiences based on audience behavior and marketing tactics.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, focusing on ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, headlines, and targeting to improve efficiency and engagement.
- Leverage automation tools (e.g., Google Ads scripts, automated rules) to enhance operational efficiency and scale performance.
- Analyze search trends, audience behavior, and platform performance to identify new growth opportunities.
- Generate and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for optimization and scalability using a data-driven approach.
- Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy aligned with audience segments.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and data integration for performance measurement.
- Manage and optimize weekly/monthly budgets, reallocating spend to maximize impact while maintaining profitability.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 8+ years of SEM experience, focusing on growth and performance marketing.
- Proven track record managing $10M+ annual SEM budgets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability.
- Experience running data-driven tests and analyses to drive measurable improvements.
- SQL proficiency strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights to peers and senior leadership.
