What You'll Do:
  • Support creating and implementing a comprehensive audience development strategy to enhance organic reach and develop audience growth
  • Utilize data to generate insights, formulating and executing actionable strategies that deliver measurable impact and scalability
  • Create and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and drive organic traffic.
  • Collaborate with editorial teams to optimize articles, headlines, and multimedia for search engines, ensuring alignment with best practices
  • Utilize analytics tools to assess audience behavior, identify trends, and generate insights that inform content strategy
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually refine and enhance our engagement strategies.

What You'll Bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • An interest in the residential real estate market
  • A solid understanding of SEO with demonstrable results
  • Passion for news and storytelling, with an understanding of the digital media landscape.
  • Strong knowledge of journalism standards
  • 5+ years related experience

The quoted salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what our ideal candidates are likely to expect in the listed locations. We tailor our offers based on the selected candidate's experience, industry knowledge, technical and communication skills, location and other factors that may prove relevant during the interview process. All ranges are location based, ranges for positions in other locations may vary based on the local market.

Salary Range for:
  • New York $99,050 to $141,150
Pay-for-performance is a key element in our strategy to attract, engage, and motivate talented people to do their best work. Accordingly, offers extended for this role will include an annual bonus target typically expressed as percentage of salary. Similarly to salary, annual incentive bonus targets are set based on a variety of factors including job level, competitive market practice, experience, tenure, and essential skills.
