Job description

The Sales Strategy and Go-to-Market team builds and executes plans that generate awareness, drive demand, and create a path for customer acquisition and retention. Comprised of B2B and Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Sales Enablement our team is the primary liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.

We're looking for a dynamic coordinator to join the team. This is an opportunity to join a high performing, highly visible team reporting to the Senior Director, Sales Strategy and GTM. In this role you'll interface with teams across Rakuten and play an integral role in project management and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Maintain weekly and monthly status reports. Ongoing administrative and use of project management and sales tools including JIRA, Monday.com, and SFDC.
  • Sales Enablement Support: Support the Sales Enablement and Solutions Engineering leads in streamlining the sales process by managing sales tools, coordinating training sessions, and managing approved sales content.
  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new sales hires, roll out of sales playbooks, and ensure the sales team is equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to meet their targets.
  • Sales Support Initiatives: Coordinate with GTM leaders to support planned/approved initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Support B2B and Product Marketing with the development of case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
  • Become an expert on the market, competitive landscape, and buyer needs and behaviors
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative partnerships with product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and other functions across the business.

Experience + Qualifications Required

  • 1-2 Proven work experience as a Sales Enablement Coordinator or similar role in project management.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with a strong command of project management.
  • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills. Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills, with an eye for quality, creativity and attention to detail.
  • Exemplary critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to pivot with changing requirements and priorities.
  • Demonstrable impact working both independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with WordPress or other HTML and Content Management Systems preferred but not required
  • Experience working in JIRA, Monday.com and other project management systems preferred but not required

At the time of posting, Rakuten expects the base compensation for this role to be within the range shown below. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate as well as business need and geographic location. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.

USD $62,856.00 - $107,136.00 annually
