Job Description:
SUMMARY:
We are in search of a Paid Media Campaign Manager, to join the UK Rakuten Team. This individual will manage and optimize our in-house paid media campaigns and find and test new acquisition channels. The ideal candidate has a paid media background (agency experience) and a strong focus on paid social media, SEM, and PMax, with strong analytics and full-funnel optimization skills, is data-driven, highly detail-oriented, and is motivated to always be testing and learning to keep optimizing for success and find new acquisition opportunities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and own the paid media campaigns across core paid channels and media platforms (search, paid social, PMax); execute all paid in-house campaigns within the ad platforms. Manage the paid channel acquisition budget and monitor performance against weekly targets. Identify new acquisition channels, test, and optimize untapped channels and opportunities for growth. Analyze and report on channel performance. Consistently monitor and optimize key conversion metrics. Create visibility and present channel performance to internal stakeholders. Work with the creative and branding teams to bring campaigns to life to a high degree of quality and achieve marketing objectives. Work collaboratively cross-functionally to establish growth strategies and support all ongoing efforts and initiatives. Stay updated on trends in the UK market and the competitive landscape to refine strategies.

- Top-tier digital marketer with a proven background in marketing ad platforms.
- Experience with crafting nurture digital marketing campaigns driving new customer acquisition.
- Proven ability to multi-task and complete multiple challenging projects in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
- Ability to analyze customer behavior, trends, and competitive landscape to refine acquisition strategies
- You are a collaborative, proactive, and flexible team player.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years working in the digital marketing space
- Demonstrable experience with digital marketing programs and technologies (SEM, Social, PMax) - Meta and Google advertising experience is a must
- Keeps up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in customer acquisition.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data to generate relevant insights
