Overview
The Irrigation Service Tech is responsible for the troubleshooting, build/repair, testing, and shipment of irrigation components and systems. The ideal candidate will be able to perform a variety of mechanical, electrical, and programming tasks.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshooting, repair and assembly, testing, and stocking of irrigation hardware.
- Imaging and build of computers and servers.
- Ownership of order fulfillment from receipt to shipment.
- Maintain clear records of communications and project information.
- Directly process internal paperwork necessary to bill for services rendered and parts provided.
- Coordinate communications with other members of the Service Center.
- Any projects assigned by the Service Manager.

Qualifications
- Requires 1+ years of experience with hardware, software, radio, and other communication systems.
- Proven success in environments where attention to detail and organizational skills are required.
- Demonstrates structured approach to problem solving and adherence to operating procedures.
- Works well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to develop, document, and execute repetitive business practices.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Certification in soldering or other similar technical certification HIGHLY desired.
- Experience in repair or building of through-hole circuit boards.
- Experience with Jira and/or other order management software.
- Experience with process standards; 5S, six sigma, etc.
