Overview
The Electrical/Computer Engineering Intern will assist in the design and development of testing of electrical components and systems. This role involves working closely with the after-sales engineering support team to support various projects and gain hands-on experience in the field of electrical engineering and process improvement. Activities will include circuit design, prototyping, testing, and documentation. Other responsibilities will include manufacturing related process improvement projects for PC testing and assembly.
Responsibilities
- Develop efficient means of reporting trends from equipment returned from the field.
- Develop and document repair and testing procedures for circuit boards.
- Develop and document troubleshooting guides and testing procedures for computer assemblies.
- Assist in the design and development of electrical systems and components.
- Support the prototyping and testing of electrical circuits.
- Conduct research to support engineering projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuit design and analysis.
- Familiarity with CAD software for circuit design.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with prototyping and testing electrical circuits.
- Knowledge of microcontrollers and embedded systems.
- Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations.
