We are looking to fill the pivotal position of Director of Accounting & Tax in our finance leadership team. The holder of this position will lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions. The responsibilities include financial planning, optimizing financial processes, and preparation of financial reports. The holder of the position will take a leading in analyzing various aspects of financial reporting issues, such as revenue recognition, entailing interfaces with other functions within the finance department and the rest of the organization.
What will you do:
• Manage the preparation of Quarterly and Annual consolidated financial statements (under US GAAP)
• Provide leadership, direction, and management of the accounting and bookkeeping teams

• Lead the company's accounting, financial reporting, and tax functions
• Work closely with the revenue controller to ensure accurate revenue recognition
• Oversee the closing of the annual and quarterly financial statements
• Be responsible for the company's tax accounting, forecast, compliance and reporting
• Manage global tax: transfer pricing studies and related matters
• Provide analytical overview on quarterly P&L and BS items What do you need to succeed?
• Experience working in the Big-4 accounting firms
• At least 7 years of experience in financial reporting under US GAAP of a publicly traded hi-tech company
• Experience in roles such as Corporate Controller/Director of Finance /Head of Finance
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards and industry regulations
• High level of analytical ability; problem-solving
• Ability to perform tasks individually and collaboratively
• Strong knowledge of the revenue recognition process
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment, under tight deadlines
• P roven ability to work as part of a group leadership team and drive changes across multiple interfaces.
• Fluency in English - writing and speaking verbal skills
