Senior Global Program Manager, People Service Delivery

As a People Service Delivery Program Manager you will play a key role in improving our People processes and technology. You will lead change management efforts and engage stakeholders to smoothly implement new technologies and optimize current systems, helping our organization work more efficiently. Collaborating with different teams, you will ensure that our People services align with our strategic goals and deliver excellent support to our internal clients and partners. Your leadership will be essential in adapting to the changing needs of our workforce.
How You'll Find Success
- Owning the full tech roadmap for People Services, ensuring alignment and integration across all systems.
- Demonstrating a deep understanding of the downstream impacts of tech updates, ensuring smooth and efficient rollouts.
- Collaborating effectively with People team leaders to identify operational improvements that enhance productivity.
- Leading initiatives to automate and streamline People business processes through innovative system implementations.
- Prioritizing and managing projects related to People technology innovations and optimizations in alignment with business goals.

Things You'll Do
- Own and execute a comprehensive roadmap for People systems integration and improvement initiatives.
- Guide cross-functional teams in optimizing People processes and ensuring effective system utilization.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement People programs that align with company goals.
- Monitor the effectiveness of People programs and initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee the rollout of system optimization projects, ensuring compliance with organizational guidelines.
- Serve as the primary liaison between People, Information Services, and external vendors for tech integration projects.
- Lead change management efforts, developing training and documentation for new systems and processes.
- Stay engaged with industry trends to recommend enhancements and innovations in People service delivery.
What We're Looking For On Your Resume
- 7+ years of experience in People program management with a focus on system and process initiatives.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proven expertise in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Greenhouse, etc.) and other People-relevant software applications.
- Strong analytical skills to drive insights from data and enhance the effectiveness of People programs.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional projects to optimize People processes.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of People policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and People program evaluation metrics.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
