Partner Programs and Strategy Lead

Why We Have This Role

We are looking for a Partner Programs and Strategy Lead who will be responsible for developing and executing global strategies and projects to build incremental revenue streams for Qualtrics through recruiting and enabling key strategic partners/alliances. This role will focus on managing high profile, CEO-level initiatives that will accelerate Qualtrics' push to scale with and through a thriving ecosystem of partners.

  • You possess top-tier project management skills and bring with you experiences where you have taken projects from inception through to execution resulting in top line or bottom line impact.
  • You think structurally with scale in your focus and bring experience growing small businesses into large businesses managing through internal and external complexities and are able to "thread the needle" to drive impact.

  • You will engage with senior leaders at Qualtrics orchestrating the work needed across the organization to enable partner scale.

Things You'll Do

  • Own execution of priority partner programs ensuring cross-org alignment and business impact.
  • Develop and oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various initiatives within the partner program, ensuring they meet deadlines and quality standards
  • Collaborate with Qualtrics' Sales Management to identify, target, and contract with partners that allow us to drive incremental revenue, value to customers, and win rates
  • Support programs and initiatives to deliver on Ecosystem revenue quota on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Negotiate new partnership agreements and go-to-market constructs
  • Work with Qualtrics Partner managers and partner contacts to develop joint success plans and agreed to mutual KPIs
  • Facilitate regular communication with partners and internal teams to discuss project progress, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Prepare and distribute detailed project reports, including monthly and quarterly ecosystem forecasts, partner attach, partner performance metrics and insights to key Qualtrics stakeholders and respective strategic partners
  • Gather feedback from partners and internal teams to identify areas for improvement and then build best practices and innovative solutions to enhance the effectiveness of our partner projects.Partner with Qualtrics' leadership to eliminate channel conflict and build effective rules of engagement

What We're Looking For On Your Resume

  • 3-5 years experience in project and/or program management, preferably within a partner or ecosystem team with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
  • You are an expert strategic alliance leader with the ability to initiate and develop complex partnerships that deliver results
  • You have technology knowledge that helps you engage and have credibility with product groups within Qualtrics and partners up to VP/CTO level engagements
  • Relevant experience working with partner sales and IT functions
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and competency in communicating at an executive level
  • You are open to travel - ~25%
  • 4 year University Degree in Business, Project Management, or related discipline is preferred
