HR Business Partner

Qualtrics is seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to join our team as a strategic HR Business Partner. Ideally, you will have a Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, as well as a thorough understanding of employment law within the Asia Pacific Region. If you have a strong ability to analyse data and problem solve, are a strong communicator who can build relationships through all departments, and want to work at a fast-growth tech company then Qualtrics could be the place you've been dreaming about.

How You'll Grow

  • Build strong focus on employee relations, performance management, engagement and retention activities, including an understanding of compensation and benefits
  • Support line managers by driving a performance culture through coaching, facilitating talent assessments, and succession planning meetings
  • Partner with and advise leadership on people-related strategy and decisions including organisational design, planning, and compensation
  • Become a subject matter expert in HR practices for Qualtrics, regional leaders, and country managers
  • Hone your strategic thinking and problem solving abilities by contributing to high-level business decisions and initiatives that will have local and global impact

Things You'll Do

  • Administer current benefits strategy; Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations in all locations in which Qualtrics operates
  • Solve all problems related to people and culture. Implement solutions throughout the company with various levels of complexity
  • Own employee life cycle surveys (new hire, development 360, engagement, exit, etc) and drive amazing organisational results
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives, always ensuring a smooth transition and change experience for employees
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and talent development, to ensure a high-performing workforce

What We're Looking for on Your Resume

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources as a Business Partner, Manager, or related in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience partnering across multiple business functions and stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities and experience with a focus on the employee experience
  • High level of business acumen and ability to navigate complex corporate organizations
  • Adaptable, team player with a track record building and maintaining effective professional relationships
  • Good communication and project management skills
