We're looking for an exceptional analytics and people leader to deliver commercial impact by strategically applying the data insights across our customer and marketing channel and program performance to support optimization of our marketing mix. This position is ideal for a self-motivated individual that is detail oriented and has a passion for problem solving. This position will work on complex projects that incorporate mathematical and statistical techniques and will be part of a global marketing team.   • Must have experience managing and scaling a marketing data foundation across all channels and program types to deliver insights to business stakeholders.
  • Must have a demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing talent in a regionally dispersed team, with a focus on creating psychological safety for diverse teams and building inclusive cultures
  • Self-motivated, excellent communication, project management, and organizational abilities.
  • Synthesize data and insights into well-crafted narratives and presentations that inform and influence key stakeholders across the company and marketing to make better consumer-first decisions
  • Analyzes A/B and Multivariate tests, extracts actionable insights that inform marketing and digital strategies, communicate results and provide recommendations.

Things You'll Do

  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and executing data-driven strategies to improve our marketing effectiveness. You'll be working across various marketing platforms to analyze customer behavior, 3rd party data and sales performance in order to generate impactful insights that drive our marketing strategy, including defining and measuring our ROI targets.
  • Lead and manage the development of advanced analytic models and to drive marketing effectiveness.
  • Partner with data engineering and revenue operations to define data models and structure across our systems to ensure we have a consistent structure across sales and marketing.
  • Driving decision making through data, refining reporting mechanisms across channels, measuring full-funnel impact, scaling a measurement mindset that fuels data driven decision making.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to define and develop the KPIS, targets and insights to drive investment and optimization across the marketing mix.
  • Increase efficiency by automating data collection and reporting processes where possible.
  • Train and mentor team members on various analytical methodologies.
  • Present and communicate strategic findings to executive leadership.

What We're Looking For On Your CV

  • Experience building data models to understand effectiveness of digital media, website, product, email, events, product data and sales engagements.
  • Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong knowledge of data analysis tools and statistical methodologies.
  • Superior critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to convert complex data and findings into understandable tables, graphs, and written reports.
  • Proficiency in digital analytics and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Google BigQuery, Tableau, AWS Redshift services for data warehousing and analytics. Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression analysis, and predictive modeling techniques. Experience with Agile development methods, ETL, SQL, R and SPSS.
  • An advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D. preferred) in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or similar domain
  • 10+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or related quantitative role
  • Experience working with media mix modeling, marketing measurement and attribution, targeting and creative optimization, online purchase funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
