Leidos QTC Health Services is hiring a Benefits Analyst Sr to support the development and administration of the company's employee benefit programs and plans. This role will be responsible for delivering timely and accurate administration and auditing for all benefits plans to ensure program compliance.  They will help facilitate collaboration with benefits program vendors, HR partners, managers, and payroll.  In addition, the Benefits Analyst will serve as a primary interface with LQTC HR Systems & Solutions team and/or Vendors to build, maintain, and improve Benefits system solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support overall Benefits Administration support for Leidos QTC Health Services and the QTC Medical Group Professional Corporations (PCs)
  • Support the management and execution of annual enrollment activities
  • Help coordinate benefit communications, including educational support channels such as webinars, targeted communications and benefit decision support tools
  • Assist with development and maintenance of a robust suite of financial wellness programs and tools
  • Collaborate with appropriate corporate functions to support new hire/onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Support IRS, DOL, DCAA and other state regulatory compliance activities including ACA reporting, Form 5500 preparation, annual filings & fees; annual and ad hoc financial audits and discrimination testing; perform periodic funding and contribution reconciliations and payroll deductions audits

  • Billing/purchase orders for all benefits vendors
  • Processing (QTCMG - 401K/FSA/HSA, ESPP enrollments and deferral changes)
  • 401K funding reconciliation (weekly/bi-weekly)
  • New hire enrollment email/tracking
  • Benefits website administration
  • PlanSource Administration
  • Claims support (life, medical, dental)
  • Interface with LQTC HR Systems & Solutions team and/or Vendors (i.e., PlanSource)
  • Identifying clear requirements for break/fix, automation enhancements, and new implementations
  • Developing and completing test plans for system changes and data validation efforts
  • Ensuring benefit decisions and changes are closely coordinated with other organizations where dependencies and/or downstream impacts exist
  • Perform other projects and duties as needed

    Competencies:

    • Strong systems skills, ability to coordinate HRIS and payroll systems and external vendor systems
    • Experience with retirement programs, like 401(k)s, ensuring compliance with laws like ERISA, and working with plan providers and auditors preferred
    • Experience with current vendors (e.g., Plan Source and UKG Pro) are preferred.
    • Strong analytical and project management skills
    • Knowledge of commonly used benefits concepts, practices, and procedures preferred
    • Ability to handle confidential employee information with discretion and good judgment
    • Understand legal perspective on wages, pay equity, and benefits
    • Excellent verbal, oral, and written communication skills
    • Proven ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
    • Able to work quickly, accurately, and independently
    • Ability to translate and analyze data into reports
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

    Education and/or Experience: (includes certificate & licenses)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
    • 4+ years of relevant professional experience, or 2 years of relevant professional experience with a related Master’s degree

    Typical Day:

    • Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
    • Remote position 

    Pay and Benefits:

    Salary range (level 3) - $85,000 - $103,000 w/ up to 8% bonus eligibility

    Open to a level 4 - Benefits Analyst Staff - $106,000.00 - $130,000.00
