The Partner Renewal Operations Manager Role
Are you passionate about driving partner success and optimizing renewals? As a Partner Renewal Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency, partner enablement, and program execution within Qlik’s Partner and Distribution Programs.
This role is all about enhancing the partner experience, streamlining renewal processes, and driving retention and expansion across Qlik’s partner ecosystem. If you thrive on creating seamless processes, empowering partners, and driving measurable business impact, this is the role for you.

- Enhance the Partner & Customer Experience: Identify and eliminate friction points, making it easier for partners to do business with Qlik.
- Drive Operational Excellence: Standardize renewal workflows, improve automation, and enhance self-service capabilities within the partner ecosystem.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Renewal Sales, Partner Operations, Customer Success, and Enablement teams to align on strategy and execution.
How you will make an impact:
- Increase Partner Renewal Performance: Build governance models, improve visibility, and track renewal rate improvements.
- Optimize Partner Engagement: Ensure partners have the right tools, training, and accountability to drive strong renewal results.
- Streamline Operations: Automate and refine partner renewal processes, making quoting and self-service transactions more efficient.
- Develop Data-Driven Insights: Establish Partner Success Scorecards to track performance, flag risks, and drive continuous improvements.
- Ensure Compliance & Alignment: Work with Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to execute partner renewals smoothly and in line with company policies.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- 5+ years of experience in Partner Operations, Channel Management, Renewals, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within a SaaS or technology company.
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, renewal sales processes, and partner enablement best practices.
- Experience working with partner incentive structures, renewal forecasting, and performance scorecards.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Partner Portals, and Digital Engagement Platforms to optimize partner renewals.
- Proven ability to streamline processes, drive operational rigor, and improve partner experience.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working with Sales, Customer Success, Partner Operations, and Finance.
- Highly data-driven, with experience in analyzing renewal trends and optimizing partner performance.
