Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Pricing Operations Intern to join our team. This role is a good chance for someone with a finance background, excellent Excel skills, and a passion for data accuracy to learn operational finance by assisting our pricing team. Opportunity to gain valuable experience in pricing analysis and contract management review, while gaining valuable experience using Salesforce.com.

Essential Functions:

• Maintain and update customer subscription records in Salesforce
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure pricing accuracy and adherence to signed contracts
• Conduct data entry and ensure the integrity of pricing data in internal systems
• Perform pricing audits and identify discrepancies, working to resolve any issues
• Triage the pricing team ticket queue of internal change requests
• Support the preparation of pricing reports and presentations for leadership
• Assist with the development and implementation of operational improvements

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field (Sophomore year or above)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Previous experience or coursework in finance, pricing, or data analysis
• Knowledge of Salesforce.com or any CRM system

The target salary for this role is $13.00 - $15.00 an hour. An individual’s salary within this range is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to skills, experiences, licensure, certifications, and other business and organizational considerations. Salary ranges are reviewed, at minimum, annually and all team members are eligible for performance-based salary increases during our organization’s annual review period. All commissions are considered variable pay and are paid per the Q-Centrix commission plan, which is shared with team members annually. The actual commission payout may be higher or lower, depending on individual performance.
