Are you a service professional with a passion for helping others? If the answer is yes, our Broker Services Associate role could be the perfect fit. Our Broker Services team strives to deliver exceptional service to our independent broker partners and Underwriters while setting the standard of service excellence & exceptional individual performance for the team. The work is high-volume, but wide-ranging. From helping our brokers produce compelling quotes to evaluating and executing on endorsements, our Broker Services Associates are inspired to meet the challenges of our service standards. The Broker Services teams are local to Charleston, SC and Scottsdale, AZ, and are expected to adhere to a hybrid in-office/remote schedule.

What you'll do:
Deliver Excellent Service
- Provide unparalleled service characterized by warmth, empathy, and ease, both over the phone and via email.
- Build relationships both internally and with our broker partners that will enhance your ability to provide an efficient service experience for members and brokers.
- Leverage your experience and expertise to manage the full-cycle endorsement process quickly and accurately.
- Provide assistance to our broker partners at every stage of the policy lifecycle, including (but not limited to):
- Inputting new business quotes
- Taking premium payments
- Quoting & processing endorsements
- Providing renewal reviews
What we're looking for:
To be successful in this role, it is preferred that you have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
- A passion for customer service and a sense of fulfillment from finding solutions in real-time over the phone, or communicating via email.
In addition, this role may be right for you if:
- You have strong attention-to-detail, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- You crave transactional based work where you can check "to-dos" off of your checklist.
- You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment where multitasking and organization skills are required.
- You are a team player who is self- motivated, has a sense of urgency, and looks for process improvement.
- You demonstrate integrity, exhibit team spirit and enthusiasm, and establish trust and credibility.
- You have strong interpersonal, and communication skills.
- You are interested in a fast-growing and innovative insurance carrier that specializes in the high net worth market.
