This position is hybrid (1-2 days per week in office) in Englewood, CO.
As a Regional Processing Manager, you will lead a team of new and experienced Loan Processors who assist customers and families moving into their dream home by expediting loan approvals and helping to close every home on-time. You will be a key leader driving efficiency and effectiveness across our operations. You will be empowered to promote culture and employee engagement by being an inspirational and accountable leader.

Management Responsibilities:
- Ensure appropriate staffing to meet department needs through retention of existing employees and hiring top internal and external talent
- Constantly evaluate employee's performance, instituting performance plans and actions as needed
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews and annual compensation planning
- Use business acumen and interpersonal skills to deescalate and address customer concerns
- Provide continuous coaching to further develop processing teams mortgage knowledge, technical skills and professional behaviors
- Understand each employees' strengths, opportunities and development aspirations to leverage top production, inspire quality and support career growth
- Plan team and cross functional events to promote engagement and foster healthy working relationships across team and company

- A desire to lead in a fast paced, builder driven, customer focused environment
- Leadership/management experience within mortgage fulfillment or similar financial field with proven results (Minimum 5 years)
- Strong understanding of the mortgage industry, guidelines, and practices
- Commitment to quality control and compliance with regulatory and investor guidelines
- High level of curiosity and ability to problem solve and make decisions
- Ability to communicate in clear concise manner both verbally and in writing
- Big picture thinking that benefits the department and company vs individual team

- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred
