Talent Advisor/Recruiter
JOB SUMMARY:
Join our team as a Corporate Recruiter/Talent Advisor and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's success. As a trusted partner to business leaders and hiring managers, you'll collaborate closely to understand our hiring needs and drive recruitment efforts. Here's what you'll be doing:

- Strategic Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with business leaders and hiring managers to identify and address recruitment needs, serving as a valued adviser on talent acquisition strategies.

- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2-4 years prior recruiting experience in full life cycle and high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency with Workday (HRIS)
- Mortage and/or Homebuilding experience preferred
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking and HRIS systems
- Understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Professionalism, organization and interpersonal skills
Position is located in Englewood, CO south of Denver.
Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 annually dependent upon experience.
