Quality Assurance Analyst
Job Summary

Primary responsibility for assisting in the execution of the PGP Quality Assurance/Compliance Program by developing and maintaining company-wide standard operating procedures. This individual will perform audits of Title and Escrow files and processes to confirm agent compliance with Company procedures and regulatory requirements and partner with a variety of business owners to ensure compliance with the QA Program related to real estate closings.

- Perform audit reviews of Title/Escrow files.
- Identify and report on agent risk and compliance trends.
- Produce and maintain reports on Title/Escrow Files, Outstanding Checks, Trial Balance and Document Corrections
- Spearhead, build rapport and provide exceptional customer service to Field Teams during the QA Monthly and Quarterly Review Process
- Interact, explain to Field Teams during the QA Monthly and Quarterly Processes
- Participate in special projects as assigned.
- Support for audit functions conducted by National Compliance VP.

Required Education
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience
- Proficient with MS Office
- Related Functional Experience: Minimum of 3 years Escrow/Title/Paralegal/Legal
- Broad knowledge of Escrow/Title Insurance
- Strong research skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- High level of initiative
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Able to work independently
This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.
