This position is based in Englewood, CO near Denver or Coppell, TX near Dallas. Hybrid work arrangement - 2 days in office per week required.

Job Summary:

The Office of Strategy Management (OSM) manages the strategic planning, execution, and measurement processes for Pulte Financial Services including Pulte Mortgage, PGP Title, and Pulte Insurance Agency. As an OSM Business Consultant, you have an opportunity to drive improvement in Pulte Mortgage's organizational model to meet the company's strategic goals and objectives. This includes strategic planning, analysis, design, and execution activities to support a wide array of projects in a collaborative, dynamic environment.

This position interacts with stakeholder from all levels and functional areas in the organization, including business executives, management, end users, Agile technology delivery teams, and support organizations.

Responsibilities
  • Lead or assist with project scoping, requirement gathering, process and solution design, stakeholder management, implementation, and benefits realization.
  • Partner with project sponsors and business stakeholders to understand their needs, solve problems, align on solutions, and manage issues and risks.
  • Assist with developing and implementing project approach, plans, and deliverables.
  • Document as-is and to-be process flows, including business and technology impacts.
  • Apply analytical skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicting information, and identify the highest value opportunities.
  • Develop business cases and measure benefits in the areas of efficiency, timeliness, quality, and hard cost savings.
  • Assist with change management, communication planning, and adoption.
  • Interact with all levels and departments in the organization to achieve sustainable results.
  • Perform analysis, shadowing and stakeholder interviews to identify continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Provide process expertise and design support to strategic initiatives.
  • Facilitate meetings and working sessions with stakeholders to design processes and gain alignment on changes.

Required Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Required Licensing, Registration, and/or Certifications
  • Lean Six Sigma certifications preferred but not required
  • PMP certification or equivalent understanding of project management principles and tools is preferred but not required

Required Experience/Skills/Knowledge
  • 3+ years of experience as a business analyst or consultant in the areas of strategy development, business case development, business transformation, information systems, process design, business intelligence, change management, and project management.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams through requirements, design, and deployment of project solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to structure messaging for a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Visio.
  • Expertise in process design principles and process modeling using a variety of tools and techniques. Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMN is preferred.
  • Background in residential mortgage lending is preferred.

Salary Range: $101,700 to $115,000 annually, depending upon experience.

This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on the successful completion of defined performance objectives.

This position will be posted for 45 days through mid-January, 2025.
