The Licensing, Appointment and Registration Services organization provides services to Prudential employees (home office and field associates) and external constituents so that they are properly licensed, appointed and/or registered as needed to facilitate the sale and support of Prudential products and achieve compliance with Company and regulatory requirements.
The primary focus of the Senior Associate, Regulatory Supervision is to shepherd complex producer appointment requests through the end-to-end process.

This includes the following:
- Review, create or modify producer profiles in administration system
- Review applicable forms to determine, and then create the applicable selling chain for new business submissions
- Interact with distributors for clarification on missing data / forms
- Analyze and resolve producer, Broker Dealer and General Agent qualification deficiencies
- Respond timely to Inquiry and status requests (phone and email)
Qualifications
Qualified candidates will possess the following skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- A strong attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and change direction quickly
- Ability to work with diverse cultures and perspectives to build a collaborative, impactful team
- Successful critical thinking and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working in a transaction-based environment or other operations environment a plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Proven ability to handle complex requests
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Experience in an insurance carrier licensing or registration department a plus, but not required
- 3+ years in a customer service driven industry
- Flexibility to work overtime during periods of peak volumes.
- Travel to NJ, MN, FL, PA, or CT may be needed on occasion for meetings.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $53,700.00 to $83,300.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
