Senior Enrollment Specialist - Enrollment Operations
Join Enrollment Operations, a Group Insurance team dedicated to offering operational support for customer enrollment events. We are seeking a Senior Enrollment Specialist to undertake a variety of enrollment activities with minimal supervision. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Enrollment Material Creation: Develop accurate and compliant enrollment materials while ensuring high quality.
  • Web Enrollment Case Set-Up: Complete enrollment case set-up and maintenance tasks on Prudential's Selerix license.
  • Project Timeline Management: Oversee timelines for assigned enrollment requests, adhere to standard turnaround times, and meet all enrollment event deadlines.
  • Consultation: Serve as a consultant to Distribution partners on enrollment capabilities, understanding customization levels and associated risks, setting expectations regarding timelines, and customer touchpoints during planning and post-enrollment.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Represent enrollment as a subject matter expert on various projects.
  • Partnerships: Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal partners to execute requests on time and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Issue Resolution: Research and resolve complex enrollment requests, providing support to other team members as required.
  • Relationship Management: Manage relationships with Distribution, Marketing, Compliance, Quality, Service, and Product partners.
  • SOP Management: Create, update, and maintain SOPs for various enrollment activities.
  • Reporting: Generate and release enrollment participation summary reports.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries within established timeframes and performance standards.
  • Assess issues and coordinate with technical associates and management
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate standards.
  • Perform system testing as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working with the Selerix BenSelect platform required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in insurance operations and administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting Group Insurance products, including Life, Disability, Supplemental Health and advanced products such as Group Universal and Group Variable Universal Life insurance, preferred.
  • Experience directly supporting a sales organization, consulting on standard and non-standard offerings.
  • Experience in a deadline-driven environment with peak periods.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (writing samples may be requested).
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team environment.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $65,900.00 to $102,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
