Timeline:

The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting development of strategic internal and/or external communications plans


  • Conducting media analysis including media landscape assessments surveying how different outlets are reporting on certain topics/people/issues


  • Leveraging tools, like Teams, to support internal communications and employee engagement across the enterprise and/or in support of specific initiatives


  • Providing support on a wide variety of assignments including media list development, newsletter compilation, content development, messaging document development and proofreading


  • Monitoring and/or analyzing social media activity


  • Writing and developing content, for example, drafting articles for company intranet or external communications

Placements will vary across the business, experiences within our Communications Program include:

  • Corporate Communications


  • Enterprise Employee Communications

Required Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2026 and May 2027


  • All majors are welcome to apply

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High curiosity, openness, and willingness to learn


  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively


  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork


  • Demonstrated analytical ability, detail-oriented and proactive approach to tasks


  • Strong written communication, including editing content


  • Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new applications


  • Previous experience in communications-related roles


  • Passionate about pursuing a career in communications

Note: The salary range for this role is [$32.00 to $34.00]. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
