Powered by the breadth and depth of PGIM Real Estate's 53 years of property data and research, RealAssetX engages leading universities and technology companies globally. RealAssetX will conduct research in the areas of sustainability, artificial intelligence, and deep tech. RealAssetX will also establish early-stage innovation programs to develop third-party technologies that will support the advancement of operational efficiencies and global decarbonization goals.

This role is offered on a part-time basis (3 days a week) on a 12 month contract.
What you can expect
- Working directly with our leadership to align and lead on various strategies, evaluate potential synergies, and contribute to the overall success of RealAssetX.
- Manage and oversee the various RealAssetX projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management.
- Helping to formulate & implement OKRs to ensure alignment of key business objectives. Connecting the dots between the Research Lab and the business.
What you will bring
- Bachelor's degree in Management, IT, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.
- Strong background in VC or technology.
- Proven experience in managing tech projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent research and analytical abilities, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a strategic mindset.
- High energy, resourceful and ambitious to work in a new and fast-paced and dynamic environment.
