Job Overview: The Director, Process Management will play a pivotal role in coordinating and enhancing ILI's strategic and tactical initiatives for both the Product Design and Innovation team as well as ILI overall. This leader will accelerate change through effective internal communication and manage projects and priorities to ensure quality results. This position is critical to ensuring that ILI's business goals align with Prudential's mission to provide life insurance protection to meet clients' financial security needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Head of Product Design and Innovation to plan, coordinate, and execute business goals.
- Influence internal leaders and stakeholders across Prudential's complex business landscape.
- Synthesize information and coordinate decision-making processes for faster executive decisions.
- Provide consultation and direction on ILI's and Product's initiatives, ensuring accountability with the right individuals and areas.
- Facilitate seamless delivery in support of organizational priorities by creating linkages within ILI's product executive leadership team and broader organization.
- Develop and execute internal communication strategies to enhance change resilience and engagement.
- Leverage organizational matrices and coordinate with centralized functions within the business or corporate functions.
- Act as a capacity expander and strategic gatekeeper to maximize the executive's productivity and impact.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to ILI's product executive team, fostering team cohesion and engagement.
- Lead a team of project managers accountable for delivering ILI's CORE product repricings, revisions, and the introduction of new CORE products to the market.
- Manage compliance, risk, business continuation and vendor governance routines to maintain a strong first line of defense posture.
- Oversee governance practices, including but not limited to vendor contracts, privacy management, business resiliency, and division security.
- Ensure critical voices within the organization are heard on important topics.
- Manage and strengthen key relationships vital to the success of ILI's agenda.

Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or related field.
- A minimum of 8+ years of experience in a relevant field with significant leadership experience.
- Experience in the financial services or insurance industry is preferred.
- Proven experience in managing teams, projects, and strategic initiatives in a complex, matrixed environment. Strong track record of driving business results and influencing and collaborating with senior executives and key stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
This is a Hybrid position based in Newark NJ. New hire will have to come to the office at minimum twice a week and starting June 1, minimum three times a week and work virtually the rest of the week. Therefore, new hires must be able to provide the following & all new hires who work remotely will be held accountable to these standards:
- Subscribe to internet service provider plan with at least 25 Mbps download speeds. You must be willing to troubleshoot any issues or outages with your home internet service, contacting your service provider as necessary.
- Quiet area in your home with minimal distractions and noise free.

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $152,500.00 to $206,200.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
