What you will do:

PGIM Real Estate Loan Services is seeking aCommercial Loan Servicing Specialist who will be responsible for the servicing of commercial loans. Their day-to-day activities may consist of various servicing processes throughout the life of the loan such as new loan setup, managing borrower requests, system updates for loan modifications, as well as preparing pay off calculations.

This team is following a hybrid arrangement and are in the office in Dallas, Texas at least 3 times a week.

What you can expect:

  • Responsible for servicing functions throughout the life of the loan
  • Interpret servicing agreements, government regulations, and loan documents to ensure servicing requirements are being met.
  • Monitor servicing triggers to ensure loan structure and loan requirements are followed.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting internal clients and borrowers in researching and resolving concerns/issues in an expedited manner.
  • Review current processes and recommend operational improvements as appropriate to enhance productivity, efficiency, and customer service.

What you will bring:

  • 2+ years of experience with Commercial Loan Mortgage Servicing or Investor Reporting
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting loan terms and financial data
  • A detailed understanding of loan terms, complex loan documents, servicing agreements, and servicing functions
  • Proven experience using Excel and other Microsoft Office programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; must be able to communicate and make presentations to all levels of staff and management.

  • Experience using a loan servicing system (i.e. McCracken/Strategy)
