What you will do

PGIM RE Loan Services is seeking an Asset Manager for CRE Debt. Under the supervision of a Team Manager, and on behalf of institutional lenders, Asset Managers perform cash flow analysis, market surveys, document review and other due diligence necessary to produce prompt, well written and supported case recommendations for complex borrower requests. Transactions involve varied debt structures, different property types, and include loans located throughout in the United States and Mexico.

This team aims to be highly collaborative, innovative, highly organized, and committed to providing exceptional service. They are based in Dallas, Texas and are currently following a hybrid work model (on-site 2-3 times a week).

What You Can Expect

  • Review borrower requests and perform lender credit actions, which may include assumptions, modifications, partial releases, property substitutions, ownership transfers, lease approvals, easement requests, reserve disbursements, insurance losses, and management changes.
  • Ensure loan covenant compliance requirements are managed timely and effectively including initial input, post-closing monitoring, maintenance of collateral, and debt service thresholds.
  • Update watchlist information, proactively monitor property operating performance, trends and report findings based on lender guidelines.
  • Partner with various internal teams to complete AML obligations, adhere to Pipeline Management Protocols, cure loan delinquencies and loan level suspense items, , and monitor letters of credit.
  • Prepare ad hoc property and loan performance reports.
  • Leverage technology to support improved efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain and foster relationships with borrowers, investors, originators.

What You Will Bring

  • 3+ years commercial loan servicing/asset management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge of commercial mortgage banking, commercial real estate lending products/terms and applicable servicing requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal/customer service skills essential with the ability to create/build and maintain relationships with internal and external parties.
  • Strong organizational skills required with the ability to multi-task, work independently and as part of a team in a time sensitive environment where meeting established deadlines are critical.
  • Open, creative, and innovative mindset.
  • Personal Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
