What you can expect:
As an Investment Analyst on the Lease team, you will work on a small deal team responsible for underwriting and structuring new investments, portfolio monitoring, and marketing. Each team member has an opportunity to make an integral contribution to the business. You will gain exposure to analyzing large, public companies as well as smaller, privately-held companies. You will learn investing in senior debt, including construction financing. You will have direct interaction with senior management and be an important part of our team. We provide our analysts with valuable learning and growth opportunities.

- Accredited bachelor's degree (all majors accepted)
- Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with corporate finance and capital markets
- Minimum 3.0 GPA

- Knowledge of debt and equity security terms and valuation methodologies
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities
- Independent problem-solving skills
- Participation in the Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) program.
