What You Will Do

As our activity, as well as our teams, are growing, the Risk Management department is looking for a highly motivated student for 40 hours per week to assist in the day-to-day monitoring of the risks at asset, fund and company level.

What You Can Expect

As member of our Risk Management team, you will report directly to the Conducting Officer in charge of Risk Management based in Luxembourg. A strong risk management framework is already in place, your main tasks will be to ensure the risk management database is up-to-date, monitor the fund investment restrictions, support leverage calculations, assist on the update of the risk reports and prepare the reporting to the senior management and Board of Directors.

This is a rare opportunity for a student to gather a meaningful experience in an exciting role within a top global Real Estate Asset Manager.

What You Will Bring

  • Strong academic background: the ideal candidate is pursuing a master's degree preferably in Finance and/or Risk & Asset Management
  • Good Excel skills and competence with other Microsoft Office applications
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt
  • Proactive hands on mentality / can-do attitude / inquisitive and self-motivated
  • Good interpersonal skills, team player, capability to interface professionally with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Clear and strong English verbal and written communication skills required; French, German or Italian is an advantage

What Will Set You Apart

  • Experience in working in an international and multicultural environment / have a global mindset
  • Knowledge of the AIFMD is a strong plus
