What you will do
The Global Investor Services group partners with Portfolio Management, Business Development, Fund Operations, and other groups to provide our clients, their consultants, and prospective clients with high quality reporting & accurate and timely information and analysis that is transparent and is easy to interpret. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to grow within the organization and to work closely with senior management and be part of a collaborative global team with direct exposure servicing global institutional investors.
The Investor Services team is a client facing team and is responsible for supporting the sales and diligence efforts, managing client and fund activities, such as client onboarding, fund reporting, and client deliverables; as well as overseeing key systems that support the sales process and client experience, such as Salesforce and InvestorFlow (client portal). We are currently seeking a Director, Investor Services to manage the U.S. equity and debt team and the day-to-day deliverables and activities.
This is a hybrid role based in any PGIM Real Estate Office.
What you can expect
- • Oversee the U.S. Investor Services team across equity and debt products.
- • Partner with other Investor Services regional heads to define and align global standards and ensure consistency across regions.
- • Become an expert in PGIM's fund offerings, operational processes, and client data.
- • Ensure that all U.S. client inquiries and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- • Manage complex inquiries and initiatives across the alternative platform.
- • Manage strategic relationships with key service providers and negotiate contracts and SLAs.
- • Oversee client communications for ad-hoc fund updates and notifications.
- • Oversee the team's ownership of client data and ensure proper controls and processes are being followed to resolve discrepancies and ensure consistency and accuracy.
- • Develop stakeholder reporting for senior management.
- • Implement and execute strategic initiatives that drive efficiency across the team.
- • Ability to think strategically, develop creative solutions and enhancements to better service our clients and consultants.
What you will bring
- • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
- • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in client services or investor relations in asset management
- Experience in Real Estate or Alternative Investments is required.
- • Prior management and leadership experience.
- • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with MS PowerPoint
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and scrutiny of performance data and analytics

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $145,000 to $185,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
