What you will do

Our business is evolving to include more custom and personalized experiences to support the firm's product and distribution growth in global markets. The team seeks a Digital Experience Specialist to play an important role in creating intuitive and engaging digital experiences and journeys. The role will leverage business objectives, data and user intent to develop digital experiences that drive client engagement and satisfaction. A professional presence supported by demonstrated leadership and the ability to address the needs of a diverse set of stakeholders is essential to the role.

What you can expect

  • Design intuitive and personalized user experiences that prioritize usability and engagement, meeting business goals.
  • Create and iterate wireframes and prototypes to convey design concepts and incorporate feedback.
  • Conduct competitive and user research to understand needs, pain points and user behavior.
  • Leverage user journey and experience mapping skills to analyze user engagement to highlight successes and identify opportunities to improve client experiences.
  • Facilitate and run experience workshops with all stakeholders and produce related findings.
  • Translate business-approved wireframes, prototypes and design concepts into business requirements for agile technology developers to execute.
  • Stay ahead of evolving best practices, design trends, new tools and technology, and communicate related insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B and usability testing to modify journeys and designs based on performance of data.
  • Put forward new cases for design improvements with marketing and product managers.
  • Be the voice of the client when communicating with content strategists, developers and other stakeholders to ensure user-centered content solutions are realized.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and map them to outcomes.

What you will bring

  • 5+ years of experience designing digital user experiences and journey management leveraging user-centric design principles; B2B distribution experience is a plus.
  • Relevant experience working in highly regulated industries (e.g. finance, health care, etc.).
  • Proficient in wireframing and prototyping tools, including but not limited to Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD, to create mockups and prototypes.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and ability to structure content and navigation that lends to personalized next best actions.
  • Proven experience driving and influencing digital experience change across highly matrixed organizations tackling ambiguous problems with tangible business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills (presentation, written, verbal) with all levels of management, including strength in balancing the right amount of detail for each audience.
  • Proficiency using Jira.
  • Experience with ADA/WCAG standards for accessibility.

Note: Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $110,000 to $120,000. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.
