PGIM Quantitative Solutions is the quantitative and multi-asset specialist of PGIM, we combine the agility of an independently run boutique with the stability and scale of a global institutional asset manager. For nearly 50 years, we have designed proprietary methods that seek to solve beyond alpha by combining the latest technology with scalable, rigorous risk controls to nimbly build and manage diversified and customized solutions that help solve clients' evolving challenges.
Timeline:
The internship program will run from Monday, June 2nd, 2025, to Friday, August 8th, 2025.

Your Day to Day:
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Support sales, marketing, and client service with day-to-day needs
- Collaborate and work alongside different teams within PGIM Quant Distribution team
- Coordinate and assist with preparation of marketing material for client and consultant meetings and/or with prospects
- Provide support to prepare for trade shows/conferences as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Candidates must be enrolled in an accredited bachelor's program graduating between December 2025 and May 2026
- Minimum 3.0 GPA required
- Prudential does not provide visa sponsorship for this position. Successful candidates must possess the requisite US employment authorization to be eligible for consideration
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred majors include Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Business Administration
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Note: The salary range for this role is $30.00 to $34.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Roles may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits. Eligibility to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
