Are you a highly motivated individual? Corporate Treasury has an opportunity for a Manager to join the Cash Operations and Governance team. This role will help drive the continued implementation and optimization of Kyriba, our new treasury and payment system. This position will work closely with our Technology teams and internal business partners to prioritize requirements and deliver improvements to our money in/out and treasury management capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of Kyriba, exceptional analytical skills, outcomes driven mindset and a strong sense of personal accountability.

What you can expect:

  • Support ad hoc assessments, project support and ongoing operational efforts requiring subject matter expertise
  • Prioritize and simultaneously execute on multiple deliverables with varied deadlines
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements and troubleshoot issues
  • Foster relationships with banking partners and manage operational needs for cash management and payments
  • Develop a deep understanding of industry and regulatory knowledge and provide external perspectives to cultivate operational excellence

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years experience in Treasury, Compliance, Audit or Risk Management
  • Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with all levels of management
  • Ability to collaborate and cultivate relationships across internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical skills along with high attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities under tight timeframes
  • Solid understanding of Kyriba Cash Management and Payment modules
  • Thorough knowledge of banking and cash management products and practices
  • Proficient in current and emerging regulations and technologies related to cash and payments

What we offer you:

Prudential is required by state specific laws to include the salary range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $118,700.00 to $176,600.00. Specific pricing for the role may vary within the above range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills.
